Browse or use the filters to find a rug, choose your material/size/colour, and add it to your cart. At checkout you can pay securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets). You can also order a fully custom size or design through our Custom Rug Order tool.

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.

Every rug is made to order, and production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed, so orders cannot be cancelled once weaving/tufting has started. If you need to cancel, contact us at support@bhadohioriginals.com as soon as possible, since we can only cancel if production hasn't begun yet.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice (with our GSTIN, HSN code, and CGST/SGST or IGST breakdown as applicable) is generated for every order and available from your Order History.

Every rug is made to order by hand. Hand-tufted rugs typically take 2-3 weeks to weave and finish; hand-knotted rugs take 1-2 months given the intricacy of knot-by-knot weaving. This production timeline is the same whether your order ships within India or internationally. Only the transit time after dispatch changes based on where you are.

Shipping is calculated by your order's total weight, not a flat checkout fee. See our Shipping Policy for the full explanation. Enter your pincode on any product page for an exact estimate before you buy.

Yes. Production and dispatch time stays the same everywhere (2-3 weeks hand-tufted, 1-2 months hand-knotted); only transit time and the shipping rate change by destination. Contact us at support@bhadohioriginals.com for an estimate to your country.

Once your rug is dispatched, tracking details are emailed to you and also shown on the order in your Order History.

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused and undamaged. See our Returns & Replacement Policy for full eligibility conditions.

Go to Order History in your account, open the order, and choose "Request Return / Replacement." You can track its status from the same page.

If the rug arrived defective or not as described, we cover the return shipping cost. Pay for it yourself and we'll reimburse you to your preferred payment method. If you're returning it for any other reason (a change of mind), return shipping is at your own cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Hand-knotted rugs are woven knot by knot on a loom, a process that can take weeks to months per rug and typically lasts 25+ years. Hand-tufted rugs are made by punching yarn through a fabric backing with a tufting gun, faster to produce and more budget-friendly, while still fully handmade.

Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, rotate the rug every 6-12 months for even wear, and blot spills immediately rather than rubbing. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug wash rather than a home carpet cleaner.
